The Rooms

The ten centrally heated rooms, all with high quality en-suite facilities, have been thoughtfully designed with comfort and spaciousness as the premium considerations.

This has been done without losing any of the historical charm of the surroundings and provides the perfect setting for relaxation with a touch of welcoming "Ye Olde" world charm.

The rooms in the recently converted adjoining outbuildings have been named after specific operations that took place when Castletown House was a working farm.

The Dairy Room

Situated on the first floor, The Dairy room, is a fine example of the very best of both worlds. The original beams have been retained and highlighted to great effect in a room that is much more than "just a bedroom"

Lounge comfort is provided with a settee, writing table, remotely controlled television and facilities for afternoon tea or morning coffee

A good nights' rest in remarkably quiet surroundings is enhanced by a comfortable double bed and there is plenty of space for cloths and storage within a built-in wardrobe that has also been designed to blend in with the original surroundings.

The en-suite bathroom also benefits from the space that abounds throughout Castletown House. No cramped conditions here when its time to take a shower!

An additional bed for a child can be accommodated with ease, and at no detriment to the spacious surrounds, to provide a family room if required.
